Send an Email, Resource Could Not Be Discovered

Hi All,

On other flows that are triggered by a new sharepoint item, I've been able to use send an email V2 to send alerts to users using a shared mailbox. I'm now builidng a flow thats triggered by a powerapp button, populates a word template with data about the item, and emails it to the user. 

 

When I test it, it works perfectly, but other user's flows are failing with "Resource could not be discovered." errors. Any input would be appreciated.

Remember that Flows triggered by a button in PowerApps run in the context of the user who pushes the button.  Do all the users running the apps have the permissions required to complete all the actions in the Flow?

 

I've also seen this kind of problem if a PowerApp and the associated Flow get out of sync.  Have you checked Flow runs?  is the Flow even running when other users press the button?  Have you shared both the PowerApp and the Flow with other users.

Remember that Flows triggered by a button in PowerApps run in the context of the user who pushes the button.  Do all the users running the apps have the permissions required to complete all the actions in the Flow?

 

I've also seen this kind of problem if a PowerApp and the associated Flow get out of sync.  Have you checked Flow runs?  is the Flow even running when other users press the button?  Have you shared both the PowerApp and the Flow with other users.

Ah, it was running as the user who pushed the button, and it did not have access to that shared mailbox.
