Send an Email about a crm case update

HI all

Need to make a workflow send an email when a Dynamics CRM case is updated. I have a field labeled accountable. If for instance the accountable field is set to "Master Data" and the workflow is at stage "Assign to team", then email a specific user account to let them know the case is assigned to them. 

In my workflow I have 

1. When record is updated  - Entity name = Cases

2. Get record - Item Identifier = Case

3. Condition -  This is where I faulter. I dont see how to assign the workflow stage. 


Any ideas.
