Send an email when certain field is equal or greater than value

Hi,

I have a calculated field that calculates how many days are gone and this field depends on a date field. How I automatically send an email to a specific people when the field called "days old" value is equal to or greater than 275.

Regards,

Hello @Mwasef ,

I guess you're talking about calculated field in a SharePoint list, which Power Automate doesn't like. You should move the calculation into the flow, directly in the 'Get items' Filter Query, e.g.

Date ge 'addDays(utcNow(),-275)'

 as explained for example here: https://tomriha.com/power-automate-reminder-using-date-in-sharepoint-calculated-column/

Then it's just a basic reminder flow - running once a day, getting all the items that fit the filter, and sending an email: https://tomriha.com/how-to-build-basic-reminder-flow-using-power-automate-and-sharepoint/

Thanks for your assistance.

In my case, I used the following method which has the same concept as mentioned. I created an expiration date field instead of the calculating field.
