Send an email with conditional response to MS Forms

Hi All,

I'm having a devil of a time trying to get this flow to run and actually do action it says.

I want to direct an email to 2-3 people depending on a particular response to a Forms question. It says the flow ran successfully, but I never see the email. I would greatly appreciate any help from the community!
Here is the Flow in edit mode.

Have u checked flow history? can u paste a screen shot of flow history and also can you add a compose data operation and add to it the field u are using into ur condition for troubleshooting

Most probable below condition wasn't satisfied

Hi @Mira_Ghaly ,
Here is screenshot of flow history - succeeds, but no email is seen.
I'm not sure what you mean by add a compose data operation. I'm fairly new to Power Automate.

Can you please open the run itself from the flow history shown above, so that you can observe if the email sending step have been executed or skipped.

Here is screen shot of a flow run history - I was playing it with it some more today and on the advice of a colleague added a get user profile step. Same result as before - says it ran but no email. Every step until the last one has green check mark. Does this mean it didn't think condition met and didn't send email?

@adairpete

The history run shows that the condition is not met so I suggest before the condition, click add action and type compose data operation and pass the Left hand side of your condition to the compose data operation rerun the flow and observe the history run and then 7 can get insight why the condition is not met.
