HI PA Community,
I have had a look through the forums and tried myself to create a flow that will send an automatic reply when an email is received into a user mailbox, then once sent, delete the email. This is to apply to someone on maternity leave so they do not return to hundreds of emails. Could some one possibly point me in the right direction?
You could following these steps to delete the email after auto reply:

Thanks for the reply and guidance, I did try the steps using the following:
But I receive the test email , do not get a response and the email does not delete. Any ideas as to what I may be doing wrong?
Hi @PremierD, why don't you use standard Automatic Replies (Out Of Office) feature of Outlook OWA?
I can use powershell to set the Out of Office or automatic reply , but the Auto archive is a bit more difficult unless I give myself access to the users mailbox and set that way. We also already have a retention policy in place I do not want to clash with. It is so when the user returns they have a clear mailbox. I thought a flow would be an easy answer.
I'd recommend you to set OOF and turn on/off the other rule to delete ingoing messages via PowerShell.
