When you create a survey with Forms optionally you can have the respondent tick a box in case he or she likes to get an email confirmation. When ticked the respondent gets a default message with a link to the filled in Form. Nice, but there is no way to format that message.
You can format a confirmation message with Power Automate. It is possible to put all the user input of the survey into that message, but it does not seem possible to input this nice link to the filled in Form. Do we need to choose between a preformatted mail with a link and a customizable message with everything in it but that link? Or has any of you found a way to get to this...

Hi Barry, thanks for your reply. Let's make it specific. We would like to use forms to collect statements of insiders that they were informed and will comply to the rules of insider trading. So we created a Form with the rules and few questions. After submit of the Form, Power Automate kicks in and saves the answers in a sharepoint list. We would also like to confirm to the insider that the statement was received and exactly what was stated. For this we see two options, the standard Forms reply message, or a custom Power Automate mail. The Forms message would be fine but for two reasons. First is that the insider must tick the box "send me a copy...", otherwise no message is sent and it cannot be invoked later. Second is that we want the sender of the confirmation to be the functional Insider Trading mailbox, not a standard Microsoft account. The custom message from Power Automate can do both, so that has our preference, unfortunately we don't seem to be able to add in the nice link to the actual filled in instance of the form. Does this clarify?
1) use standard Form message
2) create a transport rule that redirects such messages to the dedicated mailbox
3) create a flow that will run with this dedicated mailbox and reformat/resend the notification (retrieve the link from the old message and insert it to the new message).

That is a smart idea, thanks! For us it is not possible to implement though. We are not in IT but members of a business department. We are not allowed to use (request) a transport rule that will intercept and redirect any business user e-mail.
