Send e-mail to contacts with multiple criteria across related SharePoint lists

Below are the SharePoint Lists that I'm using. Included in the picture is what I'm trying to accomplish with this FLOW.  Any help is appreciated.

Re: Send e-mail to contacts with multiple criteria across related SharePoint lists

Hi @pmlathrop ,

Could you share more details on the lists?

1.FTC_Month looks up to List=Months, Month in List=Months is “01,02,03…”.

2.RF_Target_Date and RF_Source_Date look up to which list? What’s the format?

I have figured out the flow likes below for your reference.

When an item is created in ListAdmin.

Get items from ListStatus and input the following code into the Filter query field:

FTC_x002d_Month eq '@{int(formatDateTime(triggerBody()?['RF_Target_Date']?['Value'],'MM'))}' and FTC_Year eq '@{triggerBody()?['RF_x002d_Target_Year']?['Value']}' and Updated eq '@{false}'

Note:1. RF_Target_Date column is if format ‘yyyy-MM-dd’, while FTC_Month is in format ‘MM’.

2.Further, you need to use the exact column in the list, you could get the exact column name from the Output of action Get items without any filter.

  1. The function should be surround with a single quote in the Filter query field.
  2.

Then Get items2 action to get the contact email address from ListInitiative, input the following code in Filter Query field:

Initiative_ID eq @{items('Apply_to_each')?['Initiative_ID']?['Value']}

Note: An Apply to each will be automatically selected when you select dynamic content from Get items.

Then add Send an email action to send out the email, select dynamic content Email_Contact from Get items2, then Title from Get items.

Images for your reference.

Mabel
