Hi everyone,

I need to be able to send an email to certain individuals if the list item is two days old and a specific field is empty. How would I do this?

Re: Send email 2 days after if column is empty

Hi @JMAFO ,

You want select the items which are created more than 2 days and a specific field is empty.

I have made a flow for your scenario, please check it for a reference.

The expression of Compose is :

addDays(formatDateTime(utcNow(),'yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ssZ'),-2), to get the Date of 2 days ago.
The expression in Filter array is :
and(lessOrEquals(item()?['Created'],outputs('Compose')),empty(item()?['Test']))  is equal to true.
The item()?['Test'] is the specific field in my list.

Re: Send email 2 days after if column is empty

@v-zhos-msft Thank you for your help, but I have a slightly different request after formatting this flow..
How could I reformat this to send individuals emails for each list item depending on a value? For instance, I would like to find all items that are two days old, then, depending on a column value, for each item, send an email to specific individuals?
