Send email after x hours if case status is not started

I am using D365 and want to create a flow to send an email to case owner after 2 hours if the case status is still 'Not Started', I only want emails to be sent in working hours.

Hi @AlvinH ,

 

Maybe you could try the following configuration.

  • Use Recurrence as a trigger and set to trigger Flow once every two hours.
  • Use trigger conditions to set Flow to be triggered only during working hours.
  • Configure List records to filter cases whose status is "Not started". You can filter records based on statuscode and replace 1 with the code corresponding to "Not started".
  • Then get the owner's email from the user entity and send an email reminder.
