Send email for each action

Dear All,

I have an issue and need your help

I created a form, With Process below:

Step1: In SECTION 1

- Requester will input email, name, date, amount,...  --> Click SUBMIT and it will upload this form to SPL

- Action: I create a flow with " When an item is created" --> send email to Requester + Other person to Notice that File already created on SPL

Step 2: In SECTION 2

- Requester will input email + name of Approver --> click SUBMIT -> Update to SPL

- Action: I create a flow with "When an item is created or Modified" --> Send email to Approver email to Notice they have 1 item to have a look and review . This action working well --> EMail send to APprover.

- After have a look, approver click to APPROVE or REJECT and click APPROVAL SUBMIT--> an email send again to approver with the same action.

Could you please help to show me fix this action so they only send email 1 time only, other modification it won't send email.

I will do this action for other step.

Hi @hainguyen ,

You could check for the Approve status value before start the approval.

The screenshot below would check if the Approve status value is equal to Approval, if not, start the approval.

@hainguyen

I sounds as though you have you Approval inside of a loop.  Please post a screen shot of you entire Flow - this will be a big help to those trying to assist.
