Send email if all Get Items are true

I have two lists, a record list and actions list.

record items consist of: Title, Owner

actions items consist of: record number, title, status

Items in the actions list are linked to a item in the record list. There are many actions for one record item.

I want to get all items (actions) that belong to a record

(I have done this with the filter query inside get items)

Then check the status of each of these filtered actions.

If ALL the actions are complete send an email to the owner, if not all the items are complete do nothing.

How do I check ALL of the actions equal complete instead of applying to eachactionscomplete.png

Hi @Zango,

What is the date type of the Status column in your sharepoint actions list?

How would you trigger a flow?

If you would like to check ALL of the actions equal Complete, I afraid that you wouldn't achieve it without use the "Apply to each" in your flow.

I have made a test on my side and have created an actions list with a single line of text column Status column, if you want to check ALL of the actions equal Complete, I would offer you a solution to check if ALL of the actions equal Complete, you could refer to screenshot below to create the flow:

If ALL of the actions equal Complete, the flow would run successfully as below:

Capture.PNG

Note: you could send the email under the If yes branch of the Condition 2

If not all the items are Complete, the flow would run successfully as below:

Please let me know if you could learn how to check if ALL of the actions equal Complete.

Best regards,

Alice

Perfect this is exactly what I needed, thanks.

This works but I noticed that if all values are marked Complete at the exact same time, the email is sent multiple times (the same amount of times as there are items that were marked complete.  Is there a work around for this?
