Send email that allows recipient to submit a new item in SharePoint list

Hi,

I am trying to build a flow that will prompt a user to submit a new item in a SharePoint list every month.  I have automated an email with a link that leads the user to the SharePoint list. However, they need to click the new item button and submit the form. Is it possible to embed the form in the email so that the user can submit a new item into the SharePoint list from the email?

Thanks for your time on this!

Hi @lflores

Unfortunately that's not possible, but you have 2 options:

1) Send the email with a link that opens the new item url directly in the browser. You can get this link from SharePoint.

copy-link.png2) Create a Microsoft Forms form where user fills in the values, and with a workflow you create the list item.

Hope this helps!
