Send email with attachment

Hi Team,

I'm attempting to create a flow for when a New item is added to a SharePoint list, an email is sent with the attachment to she SharePoint list item as an attachment to the email.

We've gotten the flow working, however it is sending the email for the new list item, multiple times with all attachments that have been attached to SharePoint list items.

For Example:

SharePoint list item 1 - has attachment

SharePoint list item 2 - has attachment

New item added: List item 3.

      Email is sent with List item 3 attachment

      Then second email is sent with list item 3 data and list item 2 attachment

      Then third email is sent with list item 3 data and list item 1 attachment

Cannot figure out how to have it sending the email with the attachment for the new item added to the SharePoint list only.

Hello and good day.  This is similar to what I'm trying to do.  I've seen this solution many times but I've never been able to get it to work.  It always returns a "the column 'Name' does not exist error".  Also, the "Attachment Contents" dynamic content magically changes to "Body" after it is run.

I know that the "ID" fields shown could be any number of half a dozen to choose from and I think I've tried them all to no avail.

I'm at a loss.  Does anyone have any thoughts?
