Send email with information from completed Forms.

I have a Microsoft Form that a parent will fill out for when their child is absent (a short example of the Form is below). I want to be able email the parent from the email address they submit with the Form. I have set up the Form through my OneDrive as a Forms for Excel. I would also like to use the Student Name and Parent Electronic Signature to make the email personalized. Here is the start of my Flow, it's not much but I don't know what to do next.
