Send email with options add comment customization

Hello everyone !

I have a flow that contain 2 approvals when an item is created on Sharepoint, include the attachments from Sharepoint item inside the emails.

I am trying to customize the body content of "Send an email with options" similar to "Start and wait for approval" template.

The template of "Send an email with options" does not contain a comment textarea to write why he approved/Skipped this email.

Is there any possible way to add a comment text area to "Send an email with options" ?

Those are the default behviors for both those actions 

No option currently to customize either the approval form or the send an email with options template

So there is no way to add a textbox comment inside send an email with options actions ?

If no, is it possible to add Attachments in  the start and wait for approval action so i can switch back to approval option ?

1- Not possible to add text box in send an email with options as of today

2- Not possible to add attachments to approval action today - but this will be available soon

Hey @Julien2 

You cannot add attachments to the Start and Wait for an Approval action but you can create your attachment on SharePoint (or else where) and share the link to that item in the approval email. Based on the approval outcome you can then manage the file/attachment created in SharePoint.

You might want to create an idea post or upvote already existing ones here to consider including the Comment box in email with options or attachments in approvals.

Hi @Julien2 ,

Soon the Approval action can support adding attachments. My tenant already supports such a feature. This feature will be deployed to more regions, so stay tuned.
