Send emails to specific emails in the table

Dear Experts,

I have a table with specific email addresses. All I want to do is send those specific rows to that relevant email address after extracting the relevant rows.

example: I have this table. I need to send these specific rows to each email addresses. Number of email addresses and number of row count can be changed. only one email should be sent to one email address (not the emails for each row)

There is one more thing I want to ask. If we want to copy that mail (CC) to the specific managers of the email owners, how can we do that?

Where does the CC emails stored. Have a filter on the owner email and get the CC emails.
