I have this Flow make that when a file starts with a special name (it would be better if it is only a .Docx) than is sent and archived.
But I would like the content of the .Docx file to be in the body (as html) of the mail.
How do I adjust that?
Hi @frixel ,
I have made a test on my side, and I afraid that there is no any way to get file content with plain text from a Word document.
Dynamic content- File Content of "Get file content" action would return a binary text representation of the file, there is no suitable way to analyze the binary content within Microsoft Flow currently,

If you would like this feature to get file content with plain text from a Word document to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:

As an alternative way, you could save the document as a text file instead of a Word document ,and the you could get the file content from the dynamic content.
Best Regards,
this does not appear to be all that popular. i wonder why.
The authoring tools for emails in power automate aren't that strong.
If the authoring of the letter could occur in word and then use that word docx file contents as my letter body would be useful.
thanks
