Send mail with end user response

Hi Guys,

Scenario : 

1. SharePoint file movement.

2. Mail Notification.

Problem

1. I want to send a mail to the End user (mentioned in SharePoint document library),

2. Asking question in mail.

3. Responses from end user of these question to my email.

Help

Please suggest how to send mail to the end user asking question and getting response from them over mail.

hi @amsrivas  unfortunally you can add inputs into mails as forms.

Hi @amsrivas,

The MS Form couldn't be embed into the Email.

As a workaround, you could insert the MS Form link into the Email and send it to the user. Then create the other Flow that waiting for a response of the MS Form.

Or you could consider using the "Send Email with options" to preset the answer so that the user could select directly.
