Send me an email, when 80% of its project capped cost is reached

Hello guys!

We've got a problem with a condition. The goal of the flow is to send me an email, when 80% of its project capped cost is reached.

We are using Dynamics 365 online and the relevant fields are down below in the screenshot.

We would be most grateful, if you could help us with the condition and the right expressions, we think is needed in the second gap.

Hi @pascalammeter

Believe you want to compare the 80% compared against the Total Billed.

Follow the steps

Above Compose action expression is as follows

mul(variables('ProjectCappedCost'), 0.8)

This will output the 80% of the Project capped cost. Next we need to compare the value against Total billed.

Thanks

Hi @abm

Thank you for your help!

In your solution, you take the value of this specifically project. Can you transform the condition, that it's going to work with any project, regardless of the value. Because every project has an other value capped cost.

Thanks alot!

Hi @pascalammeter

Not sure I understood it clearly. Currently I have hardcoded the 'Project Capped Cost'. So your question is can we map to any project capped cost. If that's correct then why not map the value under intialise variable step. If I am misunderstood please explain?

Thanks
