Send new email based on CSV received by email

Dear community,


I'm new to Power Automate and I want to build a flow that will have the following steps :

1) The flow is triggered each time I receive a new CSV file by email

2) Save the CSV in my OneDrive

3) Create a new Excel file based on specific columns from the CSV 

4) Send the new Excel file by email to a specific recipient 


I was able to do steps 1 and 2 but I'm stuck in step 3. Could anyone help me with this flow?

Looks like you cannot create new Excel files. But you can pre-position an empty Excel file on your OneDrive that you can then access and modify as needed.

Thank you for your answer, could you please provide an example?
