Send notification prior document expiry

Hi all

I have a document library with documents, and each document have a Reminder column (30) days, that is to be reminded 30 days prior expiry, and a Expiry column.

What I want is to be able to send an e-mail to notify that the documents is to expiry in 30 days. If not possible, then I do not need to use the Reminder Date column information, can use a fixed value like 30 or 10 days prior.

I am not able to get this work with Flow. Pretty sure I would be able to solve this with Workflows in SharePoint Designer, but using SPO in Office 365, I really want to use this new way of creating flows.

Re: Send notification prior document expiry

Hi @emoii,

I'm afraid that this cannot be achieved in flow so far. I have seen similar threads asking for the same feature. Considet to submit an idea in idea forum so that others can vote on it, so it might be considered for future releases.
