I have a sharepoint list with expired courses and a search field for driver.

What I need is to get these expired courses and send them to the driver but I try and he sends me 1 email for each expired course what I need is for him to group and send them.

How is the way to do this? I've seen it on the forum but I can't understand what I have

Hi @SoyFabianAndres

Thank you for posting.

According to your description, you would like to send expired courses to driver within one email. If any misunderstanding, please kindly let me know.

First of all, we can’t refer person column from lookup field. Thus, I use text type column as source list.

Here is my second list:

Please refer flow steps as below:

Flow in detail:

item()?['Title']

item()?['Status/value']

item()?['Driver/value']

Once tested, only one email with all expired courses will be sent to all drivers.

Thank you very much for your answer @v-duann-msft !

I'm learning quite a bit, which I need all the overdue courses, which can be many rows per 1 person, to be grouped together and only 1 mail is sent to that person.

In other words, many courses due to a driver send the names of the courses to that driver, not in copy at all, personalized.

Dear @v-duann-msft , it worked perfectly for me, it would never have occurred to me to do it like this.

SoyFabianAndres_0-1620838259487.png

The only thing I need that I do not mention, in the list of drivers there is an email boss and the email must be sent to the driver and a copy to the boss.

How can I get that data? I tried but I can't do it.

Hi @SoyFabianAndres

Thank you for your attempts.

If you want to send one more copy to driver’s boss, that’s simple. We just need to add one more action ‘get manager’ before ‘send an email’.

So the flow will be modified as below:

string(items('Apply_to_each_2'))

v-duann-msft_0-1620896004976.png

After testing, email will be sent to driver and his boss.

Hope it helps.

Thank you @v-duann-msft

I had to make a modification since the boss's email is not in the ad is in the sharepoint list but I think it worked for me

With the email I will search the list of drivers for their data then I get the email of the boss which is a column of the driver
