Sending Weekly email with list of completed appointments

Hello,

I need to send the email to selected users in my Org with list of appointments which are completed in last 7 days every week. and I have problem in creating list of appointments in body of the email. 

Could you help me in creating repeating table row please?

 

Email body should look something like below:

Dear Colleagues,

Please find below ‘Visit Report - Weekly Summary’ which covers all visit reports uploaded into crm between   *

Spoiler
 

week start* and  *today*

 

Meeting Start date

End Time

Account Name

Country

Owner

Remark

Meeting Type

*Meeting Start date*

*Endtime*

*Account Name*

*Country*

Hey,

 

You could build a HTML table by using append.

 

You could set the header as the initial content, append through your loop of appointments, and then append the end of the table. and then use this as dynamic content in the email.

Please set conditions as below:

End Date is greater than or equal to addDays(utcNow(),-7).

You could build a HTML table by using append.

 

You could set the header as the initial content, append through your loop of appointments, and then append the end of the table. and then use this as dynamic content in the email.

Hello @v-litu-msft , Thank you for sharing the link. 

 

My appointments are in Dynamics 365 and I like to send weekly report to selected user with list of appointmenst completed in last 7 days. 

 

I dont even know how I can apply the condition of:

  • Status = Completed 
  • End date = last 7 days

Kindly help me with that I am trying for days now Smiley Sad
