Sending an Email Reminder After a Meeting

I could not find a template answering to my need, sorry if it is already solved since it's a fairly simple flow.

 

What I want to do:

I would like to send a specific email after a meeting with specific word on its name.

 

It will be very helpful to remind everyone attending to fill out some evaluation forms about that meeting. The reminder might be sent couple of hours later or the next day.

 

I would appreciate any kind of help.
