Sending an Intro Email whenever a new Employee has been added to Teams

Hello, I am trying to create a flow that whenever a new employee is added to my companies team, to send them introductory emails.

However, I am not sure if I am doing it right. If you look at the screenshot below, the trigger is when a new team member is added. Simple right? The resulting action is to send an email. However, I am not sure if "User Id" is actually the email of the new team member. Furthermore, how would I go about acquiring that person's name such that I can dynamically refer to it in the Body section to make each instance that flow is invoked personally tailored to each user's name?

Finally, in the "From (Send as)", If I put another person's email, will that person's outlook account send that email on their behalf or will automate send it and the receiver will be under the impression that the person who's Email I inputted was the sender? If it is the latter, then the new team member can reply to the email sent from the "From (Send as)" field, correct?

Thanks for reading and I would appreciate any assistance.

Hi!

I would suggest to invoke 'Office 365 users' connector to get the email

Get user profile should provide tons of user related parameters, one of them the email address

Hope this helps
