Sending an email after Meeting

Hello everyone, I run training courses and I'd like to create a flow where an email containing a link to a feedback form is sent to meeting attendees after the meeting ends.

Is this something achievable with Power Automate? I've tried looking at trying to create flows with "When an upcoming event is starting soon (V3)", but I've had no luck with this.

Any advice in guiding a complete beginner like me is appreciated, thank you!

Hi @CaseyKZ

According to your description, you want to send an email contain a link to a feedback Form after one meeting ends.

I set up a simple Flow, you can take a try with the screenshots as below:

Expression:concat(triggerOutputs()?['body/end'],'Z')

Add Send an email action and click'</>'

Then add your From link in Link to Form

Like this:

Then save and test Flow.

After the meeting ends, an email will be sent.

Hi.

I have a problem with this solution. Currently this solution treats organizer of the event as required attendee and so organizer receives email. Condition Organizer is not equal to RequiredAttendees is not working. Is there a way to exclude organizer's email from the list of mails listed in the required attendees?

Thanks in advance,

Robert

I keep getting an error that the delay function doesn't recognize the expression. can you explain that?
