I am having a couple of issues with emails sent by Flow.
I used the template "Send a customized email when a new SharePoint list item is added".
After an entry is added to a SharePoint list, an email should be generated with a few .pdf documents and a .mp4 video.
I've added the files to my Site Contents but I can't figure out how to add them to the email as attachments from there.
I tried using the 'Get file content' action on the documents and adding those to the 'Attachments content' field but it's throwing an error and failing the flow so I guess I am doing something wrong.
Thought I should use 'Get attachments' action but I am not sure on how it's supposed to be used.
Second issue I am facing is about the email formatting, specifically adding a signature to the end of the email.
I understood that if you want to format the email you have to use html tags, which I did for the line breaks. Thing is, this email that is sent is supposed to be sent with an email signature which can't be copy&pasted because it's not plain text but consists of thumbnails, custom fonts and whatnot.
Not sure how to handle this part. Am I approaching this wrong? Can I somehow just attach an email that is exported from Outlook as a whole (with formatting and attachments and everything) instead of editing the email myself in the text box that Flow offers me?
Any help is really appreciated! Thank you
Update: I managed to attach the pdf files correctly using the Get file content action.
The problem is the video file. I successfully fetched and attached the 3 pdfs but after I fetch and attach the .mp4 file, the sending of the email action fails and throws a 'bad gateway' error.
What could be the issue here?
1. You can try this way to send attachments that initialize an Array variable then Append it by using the name and content, then add the variable into the Email attachment field.
2. If you want to add the signature into your Email, I think you can consider save it as a picture in SharePoint, then add it in the email body.

In the end it was the size of the attachment that was the problem. The maximum size is 4MB but my video was 5MB so that's why the error. Ended up just uploading the video to Sharepoint and shared the link instead of attaching it to the mail.
Thanks for the info nonetheless!
