Sending calendar event triggered by forms

Is it possible to send a calendar invite to a user who has filled out a form?

More specifically if I ask colleagues to register for an event using Forms can I set up a flow that sends an Outlook invite to the persons registered for the event?

Re: Sending calendar event triggered by forms

Hi @ Jess502,

Do you want to send a specific calendar invite to the user who have submited a response in Forms?

I would create a flow to send a specific calendar invite(Which's subject is equal to event1) to the user who have submited a response in Forms.

Please refer to screenshot below to create the flow:

Note:

Please create the event, and add the Required attendees,Optional attendees before the flow runs, make sure there are values in the column in case of the flow error because the "Required attendees" or "Optional attendees" dynamic content of the event is null.

The flow would run successfully as below to send a specific calendar invite(Which's subject is equal to event1) to the user who have submited a response in Forms:

Re: Sending calendar event triggered by forms

Hi @v-yuazh-msft,

I've been trying to figure out how to add recipients and only update added recipients - the below flow works great, but it will always send updates to all recipients, so if you are using Forms to get event registrations and you happen to be expecting 300 people, then the first person to respond will subsequently get 299 updates as each other person responds...

Any ideas how to avoid this?

I'm having the same issue as well. Been reading the documentations but looks like there's no solution for this. Hopefully I just missed it. Did you guys figured it out?
