Sending email when condition is true with the specific question in the email

Hello,

I have a build a flow that takes a MS Form and depending the answers they give , it sends an email. When a condition is Yes or No in The thing is if someone responds to those questions is there a way to make it say exactly what question was it ?

So for example I want if they respond to the first 1st one No and the 8th Question Yes I want the email to say 

"DisplayName Responded No to "Have you been..." and Yes to question "Have you traveled to....""
