Sending second approval email

Hi All,

 

I have created an approval flow for a form that once approved informs the submitter of the approval or rejection and sends a second email to our sales team requesting that they take action. Everything works except the second email to the sales team. The flow runs correctly but the sales team don't receive the mail. I put my own address in the too field to test and that didn't work either. I'm very much an amateur here so I would welcome any assistance.

Sorted: Looks like the mail is just going into a different folder in my inbox. I really should have checked that first.
