Sequential approvals in Planner per task

Hello all,

I am needing a 1st level approval (lead) then a 2nd level approval (supervisor) based off the Planner App. I have gotten the 1st level approval done based off when a task is completed. However, I cannot get it to the second level approval.

This part of the flow is working correctly. Its getting from here it to the 2nd level approval that is giving me issues.

I have tried Conditions and Switch.

This is the rest that does not work:

Hi!

My suggestion is to replace 'REsponse...' in your first Condition and use 'Outcome' instead

Hope his helps

This totally worked! Thank you so much!

Now I am needing help with the List on Sharepoint.

I would like it to read like this:

Planner Title-Task Name-Lead Approved-Title of Lead-Supervisor Approved- Title of Supervisor-Date Completed

Hi!
Not sure I understood your new request.
You mean when you Create an item in shareoint, you need the info to be stored in the following list columns?
Planner Title-Task Name-Lead Approved-Title of Lead-Supervisor Approved- Title of Supervisor-Date Completed
Thanx!

Yes, this is my poorly made example below.

Thank you!

WoW... not sure where to start. I am just an average Sharepoint user.

My humble suggestion?

1.-Mark this topic as "Solved" by clicking "Accept as a solution". This way other community members facing this same problem in the future (I mean, the first one solved) have the chance to find a solution faster. Please note you can even select several replies as as 'Solution', even from different community members!

2.- Open a new thread for your next question, following the policy: 'One Question, one post'. Many SuperUsers pay more attention to unanswered topics, and this one already have too many. Let's hope somebody else can point us to the right direction

Thanx for your contribution to keep this community great!
