I read that it would be possible to build a contacts' database on Sharepoint which would be shared among team members. I used Microsoft Lens to scan all business cards, saved them one by one in my Outlook contacts, created a Contacts Database in Sharepoint where I could only upload a few contacts (3 in total); any attempt to populate the database seems not possible with an error message saying that the format in the clipboard is not recognized. Please advise what could be done to transfer these contacts to the Sharepoint database. And, is there a more efficient way to share all contacts from each team member's contact list with the rest of the team?
I was advised to post in here rather than under Sharepoint discussions.
Not sure if what you are looking for is:
a) copy your OutLook contacts to a SP list, or
b) store business cards details (name, company, contact related info) directly from Lens into a SP List, or
c) store the business cards photos (unscanned) into a SP Library and invoke Text Recognition resources via flow (i.e. Azure or ay other cloud base solution)

And, I would like to have members' individual calendars directly connected to a common calendar on sharepoint
There are several templates for outlook contacts daily sync against other databases, for example this one that syncs them against Google Contacts
My suggestion is to remove the Google Contacts related stuff and store them in a Sharepoint list.

But it does not take advantage of Google Lens optical character recognition (OCR) capabilities, which is something I undertood you want to keep
There is an idea submitted to Microsoft Uuser Voice in order to directly integrate LEns with Flow, you can vote it here
Finally, did you explored alternatives to Office Lens?
