SharePoint - Document Library Approval - Get content approval status - Fails 2 Errors 500 and 502

Hello all Flowers - This is my first post - yet I have referred to hundreds of your posts in the past.

This Flow has never worked

Note Step 3 changes Content type from Draft to "Submit" so I am puzzled why Flow thinks Content type is still in Draft mode.  Any assistance with this would be appreciated - Barry

Could you please share a screenshot of your flow's configuration?

If the error code 500 or 502 appears, the failure is temporary or transient.

Click or tap Resubmit to try the flow again.

thank you so much for your response Team _ Zhongys.  I have sorted the problem out and my Flow is now working .    It was the ETag all good now.  I look forward ro supporting this community in the future
