SharePoint Item is Created -> Update Item

Hello all,

Everytime I create a new Microsoft Form and create an item on a sharepoint list based on it, Flow seems to add an additional row every time with the Title being the ID of the row. How do I stop this extra row from being added?

Hi @Anonymous,

The screenshot of the flow that you provided would only create an item based on the submitted form.

Please check if you have any other flow that would be triggered to create/update an item with the Title being the ID of the row

when an item is created.

Best regards,

Alice

Hi Alice,

Thank you so much! I had forgotten to turn off another flow I had made
