SharePoint Library Folder

Hi all,

I have a SharePoint library folder with assigned permissions. Power Apps button is my trigger. I want to notify the user with folder link assigned to him/her using Power Automate.

How can I access that folder and what are the requirements to access that user specific link?

Can anyone help me on this?
