SharePoint List Get Items for Condition

Hi there, I just started building flow and here is what I am trying to achieve:-

I have 2 SharePoint Lists, i..e. 1st List is to store the titles retrieved from the RSS feeds.  The 2nd List is to store some keywords.  I want the flow to check whether all those keywords can be found in the RSS feed titles.

Below is the screen dump of the flow.  The Output from Apply to each loop keeps on returning {"Title":"Value"}.  I have been trying to find a way to get the Value only, instead of the array item container.  I was not successful and kept on getting all sort of array and data type incompatibility errors.  I would highly appreciate any helps.  Thanks a lot!

Re: SharePoint List Get Items for Condition

Hi @Eddy,

Could you please share a bit more about your two SharePoint lists?

Could you please expand the trigger and the "Get items" action within your flow?

I have created two SharePoint lists on my side and the data structure of it as below:15.JPG

 16.JPG

If you want to check if the Title value of the new created item in List1 contains all Keyword values in List2, please take a try with the following workaround:17.JPG

Within Condition box, left input box set to Title dynamic content of the trigger, right input box set to following formula:

item()?['Keyword']

within middle drop down, choose contains.

Note: The Keyword is a single line of text type column in my List2, which is used to store some keywords. Above formula is used to reference column value within my List2.

More details about using expression in flow actions, please check the following article:

Use expression in flow actions

Best regards,

Kris

Re: SharePoint List Get Items for Condition

Dear Kris,

Thanks a lot!  It worked as the syntax of item()?['Keyword'] you suggested.  As a beginner, it would be very difficult for us to figure out what the syntax should be in the experession.
