SharePoint Online - Outlook 365 - When new Email arrives

Hi,

I want to create a FLOW so that when a new email comes to one specific DL (Distribution List) email address from one specific email address then do something.

My question is 'do I need to create this FLOW from Owner or one of the Member of that DL Group's login or I can create it from my login who is not associated with that DL Group?'

You can create from a user that has permission, no need owner.

So you mean, I just need to a user who has permission to create FLOW and need not be Owner or Member of DL Group?
