SharePoint list automated emails based on due dates

Hi,

I have a list with several contracts which each have 3 columns regarding dates. The first column is the Due date, the second is the extended due date 2 and then there's a third column extended due date 3. I am trying to create a flow that will send an automated email when a due date has expired. All contracts will have a due date and only some will have extension 2/3. I'm trying to achieve a flow that will check if the due date is expired but also check if the contract has been given a extension which is still valid. If the contract due date is expired and has no further extensions or the contract's due date has expired as well as its extensions I want an automated email to send out stating the expiry. I was also hoping to add a warning email prior to an expiry to warn the company of an upcoming due date expiry, although I am not sure if this is possible?

I apologise if my description was not clear, any suggestions regarding this would be highly appreciated as I can't get my head around it!

Many Thanks!
