Shared mailbox doesn't get Flow notification email...

I'm testing a really basic Flow: Upon submission of a form, notify me by email.

It will send an email to my personal work email. It will email my external email account (test data only!). However, I am not receiving the notification email to the shared account address I've specified (and the email address for that (and my personal work email) were picked from an autocomplete list as I typed them). The real value of this Flow would be to notify the shared mailbox.

The Flow is recorded as having been successful.

So, is this actually an issue with Exchange? Has anyone else seen something similar?

It may be an issue with Exchange filtering it out based on SPAM settings since its coming from an automated account.  Which Email action are you using?  Have you tried whitelisting the address sending the Flow in the shared mailbox?  That's where I would start.
