Sharepoint Automated Emails

Hello Everyone,

I have a number of files on a Sharepoint location, each of which must be reviewed within a maximum time cycle of two years.  When the two year timeframe approaches, I'd like the system to generate an automated email. Ideally, I'd like the two year cycle to be reset everytime the document is changed. I have tried to implement Recurrence, Get File Metadata (Sharepoint) and a condition, but it is not working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I believe the example below will help you create your Flow.  In my example, I use a recurrence action that runs weekly (you can set as you wish).  I search for files that were modified more than 10 days ago and send an email for each one.  You could change my example of 10 days to what ever period you want.
