Sharepoint Flow Error copy file

Hello, i try to create a flow which copies files from one list to another. But i receive an error 400 The system cannot find the file specified. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070002).

And this is the flow:

I tried it by ID (as above), i selected a file for testing, always error 400.

Any Ideas?

EDIT: sorry, I've read you also tried selecting a specific file. So my suggestion is probably not helpful. 

Hi! Did you try using the file name in the "File to copy" field (it should be the second field)?
