Sharepoint List Flow with selection of multiple items

I am trying to create a flow which uses as an input multiple selected items from the list.

Is it even possible to accomplish?

When I select more than one item from the list the flow button disappears. It is so frustrating if it is not possible. The list must have more options for automation (flow).

My goal is:  a user launches  the flow, selects multiple items and the flow generates an Excel spreadsheet based on selection and columns programmed in the flow algorithm.

I know how to build a flow with the selection of files (in Document Library)  but not with the list ...

Give me some hope, folks.

For now I have found a workaround.

Created a column with “elmType”: “button”. A user clicks on the button (for the corresponding item) which launches a flow (Add a new row into the Excel table).

Slow but for a few items it works.

Re: Sharepoint List Flow with selection of multiple items

This is not possible.

Flow is for selected item and you cannot start it in batch.

You would need to make a SPFX Extention that sat on the command bar and recursively executing the flow for each item.

Re: Sharepoint List Flow with selection of multiple items

Hi @lk777 ,

The function to start a flow on multiple items is not supported in Microsoft flow currently.

If you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please submit an idea to Flow Ideas Forum:
