Sharepoint List Multichoice values Email table response

Hi Flow Community,

Entry level flow user here; I see this topic has been covered a number of times and it has been helpful except I am stuck with an undesireable output.

I manage video production studio, part of our process is to Quality Assure the incoming media and notifying recipients of what was received.

Using flows, I have:

  1. setup a list with multichoice options of camera file types
  2. Once the new entry has been saved, a flow is triggered to distribute a group email with information taken from the list

The image below is the result of the table but with unnecessary code:

The following is the flow setup that I have:

Looking forward to reading your responses.

Thank you in advance for your consideration!

Alex

Hi @Anonymous ,

I have made a test on my side and couldn't find any way to create html table with a Multichoice values column without the unnecessary code that you mentioned.

Best regards,

Alice

Hi @v-alzhan-msft ,

Thank you for your response.

I do not necessarily want to use that method; Can you suggest a way I can include a multichoice options in an email response?

I have tried to follow this walk-through but my result is the code that I gave an example:

Hi @v-alzhan-msft ,

Apologies for the late reply; thank you for your insight on this. It looks it might help but I am stuck with where to include the array in my original flow.

Please could you advise as my understanding is not very strong.

Many thanks,
Alex
