Sharepoint List to email

Hi, i've setup a Flow connecting Sharepoint list to email but can't seem to get it working.

My list contains a series of data regarding customer transactions, one of them a value.

In the flow i've created it should look for new items on the list, then added a condition that that value field needs to be over a certain value.

Then the step is to send an email to a specifiied address, picking up relevent placeholders about the transaction.

However this is failing on the first step "when a new item is created", with the error message of

"Status Code: 404

message: Resource not found"

has anyone else experienced this and found a way to fix?

Many Thanks

Hi Grahamk,

Could you verify you are using the right sharepoint url? There are some errors showing up when I'm not using the right sharepoint url.

Hi Telu

as far as i can tell the url is correct, i give the site url, then get the list of lists within that site to pick from in the List Name option, and chose the appropriate option from that list

So you are 100 percent sure that the flow is right in creating phase. It got the error "Resource not found" on flow run phase, Could you take a screenshot for your flow and let me see all the fields?

And Can you share with me the flow id?

When you open the flow, the URL should look like the following<xxx>

it's a guid.

Thank you.

Hi Grahamk,

Is the Cancellations are a sharepoint list in

Please make sure exist and Cancellations is a sharepoint list.

And also the value in condition might only accept 1999 as a number instead of f1999
