Marketing has many online forms that are filled out and they want to import these "leads" into dynamics. But many of the fields do not exist in Dynamics so we need to concatenate them with the column title before they are imported to go into the Description field. This could then go to another excel as Clean data for import based on a new line item. Every Excel form report will have to have tis own custom flow based on the data. It doesn't matter if this comes from Sharepoint or One Drive or anything else, it just needs to have some automation and not be manuel for every singe one, given that they have over 100 online forms that they run as a report to excel and then save. Any help is greatly needed!!!
