Sharepoint list - assign dates in order - rolling schedule

Hey All,

I am trying to work out how I can acheive this with sharepoint lists and flow.

I have a networking group where a different person speaks each week, and after they speak they go to the end of the list and get rescheduled in.

I am looking to use sharepoint to automate assignment of speaking dates.

I currently have

Sharepoint list for Speaking dates

Sharepoint list for members (with a field for their next speaking date).

I need to match members with a speaking date, and have a way to let this keep rolling with the date assignment.

So It would apply the dates from most recent out (would probably want to have at least 8-10 weeks ahead put against people) and after their date comes up, they then move to the end of the list and will roll back around as it comes up to them again.

i.e.
Name - Date
Leon - 16/05/2018
John - 23/05/2018
Alex - 30/05/2018
Barb - 6/06/2018

Then my day was done today so now I would move to the end
Leon - 13/6/2018

I am struggling to think of how to logically accomplish this and would love some suggestions.

I had an initial thought of having a priority column on the members and lowest priority gets the next one. I guess we would then set the priority number to a higher one :S?

Look forward to hearing some suggestions

Hi @  mab17,

I have made a test on my side, and couldn't manage it to achieve your needs.

I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in Microsoft Flow currently.

I would make more research on my side, once I manage to achieve your requirement, I would reply here.

Thank you for having a go. I will have to go back to the drawing board.
