Sharepoint mirror SFTP

Hello everyone,

I have a sharepoint where I have some pictures with this structure :

1.

  1.1

     1.1.a

     1.1.b

2.

 2.1

     2.1.a

     2.1.b

etc..

And I have exactly the same structure in a SFTP share.

I would like to create a mirror between the two share.

Users add, replace, delete pictures on folders of the sharepoint and I will like to have exactly the same operations in the SFTP.

The most important for me is the "create" action and I don"t know to that that.

I don't want to create a "On trigger, create file", copy file on SFTP for all the folders of the sare.

I didn't find any solutions on the internet.

Thank you all !

Re: Sharepoint mirror SFTP

Brad,

Power Automate is not very suitable for this task, so I use now a soft (Visualcron) to send all my files to the FTP (it replace only if the file is newer).

I synchronized my Sharepoint on the server so the files are always copied locally.

Thank you for your advice.

Re: Sharepoint mirror SFTP

The FTP Connector is fairly limited and only has a When a file is added or modified (properties only) trigger. You may be able to utilize the SharePoint REST API to do some of the heavy lifting outside of the SharePoint connector, and for that you should see Calling the SharePoint REST API in a Microsoft Flow

If you could provide an expanded screenshot of your Flow and steps, and of any detailed error messages you're receiving we could likely better assist you. Also, for the best results, you may want to review How to write a good forum post.
