Sharing my Flow with my Organisation "Calendar Issue".

so i have a flow that informs my superior of me being sick and blocks my calendar for the date im sick.

Now I want to roll it out as something other people can issue within my organisation under PowerApps.

However the flow fails to execute when it tries to retrieve the users calendar-id/informations.

That happens altho the user is a run-only user and is using his own office and outlook 365 accounts.

Is there a way to get flow to use the executing persons calendar rather than trying to access mine?

Kind regards

Re: Sharing my Flow with my Organisation "Calendar Issue".

Hi Michael90,

Currently it is not possible to achieve your scenario. Though you shared the flow with group members, while when shared users create an event, the event will be created on the calendar of the account who set up the flow.

Please consider to create a request at Flow Idea Forum, I will help collect and report it on my side:
