Hi,
I'm trying to find out how to create a sign up sheet on Microsoft Teams. All members in the team should be able to add their names.
I want to create a time sheet, or possible times I am available on my calendar. Then, I need my team to be able to sign up to a time to meet me individually AND hopefully for it to automatically update my calendar with the meetings and the name of the person meeting me.
The Microsoft Teams agent has told me I can't do this with Microsoft Teams on its own and has directed me to ask here for the Power Automate help 🙂
Can I make a flow to do it? or if not does anyone have ideas for the interactive sign up sheet in MT (without word or Excel). I am new to this so need something simple to do
Many thanks for your help,
Dawn

I know it's been two years, but would this help with what you're looking to do? Hopefully it can also help someone else who comes across this question like I did while looking for something like SignUpGenius but within the Microsoft environment.

Hope that helps you/anyone and is a better solution than the "Solution: not supported in Power Automate" provided previously. While this is not actually in Power Automate, if it works, why not use it.
Make sure you read about it or at least pay attention to what's currently in "Step 1: Create a new Bookings calendar" in the process before actually creating bookings calendars/mailboxes with names/descriptions that may expose more than you want if found, since it seems they may appear in search engines, though hopefully only if intentionally posted by the creator/owner on public web pages.
