Simple Condition not working

In the image below, whey my variable is equal to 'Portal Box', the result always calculates to false.  The "If yes" never executes.  This is driving me crazy.  What am I doing wrong?  Thanks!

Hello!

I think the easiest solution is to pick 'starts with' as condition. Make sure there are no whitespaces, messing up your flow.

In addition make sure your variable isn't empty either.

Hope this helps.
